I am a Certified Residential Specialist and I’ve been helping buyers and sellers in Rochester for 21 years. As your realtor, I bring the following skills to the sale and/or purchase of your next home:

Communication: The singles biggest complaint of home sellers is that their agent failed to stay in touch with them. Whether you’re a buyer, a seller or both, I will provide you with consistent feed-back and follow-up. You won't ever be in the dark and you’ll feel comfortable calling me when you need to. I’m available by phone 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. or via e-mail. Real estate is my primary job, you are my primary concern.
Marketing Skills: I know how important it is to present your home in the best light. Good marketing generates more interest, generates more buyer prospects, and generates offers. I will use my skills as a writer and a photographer to create marketing pieces that will make you house stand out and be memorable to prospective buyers.
Creative Problem-Solver: My creativity allows me to think outside the box and generate win/win scenarios.
Resilience: There’s an old expression, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” You won’t find me giving up on you. As a triathalete and a cancer survivor, I’m in it for the long haul. I take pride in going the distance.
